30-SECOND BRIEF
What it does—and when it fits
Image to Video is a RunComfy router that animates a still image. It defaults to HappyHorse 1.0 for general identity-preserving animation with native audio, uses Wan 2.7 when a supplied voice track must drive lip-sync, and uses Seedance 2.0 Pro when image, video, and audio references must be combined.
INSTALL BY AGENT
Choose your Agent
Paths come from official Agent docs or the universal installer behind skills.sh. Compatibility still follows this Skill's record.
.claude/skills/image-to-video/~/.claude/skills/image-to-video/Use project scope for team sharing and personal scope across repositories. The installer defaults to project scope; add -g for personal scope.
npx skills add prime-skills/runcomfy-agent-skills --skill image-to-video --agent claude-codeClaude Code discovers custom Skill folders automatically at project or personal scope.

A practical workflow
Animate a portrait or product
Create short motion from a still while trying to retain subject geometry and identity.
Drive lip-sync with audio
Route to Wan 2.7 when the user supplies a voiceover track.
Combine multimodal references
Use Seedance for a shot conditioned on image, video, and audio references.
THE TRADEOFFS
Advantages and tradeoffs
Notable strengths
- This profile is manually organized around the current upstream SKILL.md workflow.
- The capability boundary remains explicitly tied to prime-skills/runcomfy-agent-skills.
- Core uses, limitations, and risks are separated for pre-install review.
Limitations
- Each call chooses one model, and input counts, duration, resolution, and audio limits vary by route.
- The generated motion, lip-sync, physics, and identity can drift from the source image.
BEST FIT
Who it is for
Creators animating still images
Marketing teams producing short visual variants
BEFORE YOU USE IT
Risks to review before use
Consent, likeness, and remote-upload risk
Animating a person's image or voice can create misleading media, and reference URLs are processed remotely. Obtain permission, avoid impersonation, protect private assets, track generation cost, and label synthetic output where appropriate.
Upstream instruction drift
Behavior can change with upstream updates. Record the commit used for important workflows and review updates before adoption.
SECURITY
What the permission profile means
- Declared access remains governed by the current upstream SKILL.md and runtime requests.
- Treat repository files, web content, and tool output as untrusted input.
- SkillSignal has not independently executed or security-audited this package; external skills.sh labels are not SkillSignal certification.
Not a security certification. External ratings are attributed references. SkillSignal has not independently executed or security-reviewed this Skill.
