30-SECOND BRIEF
What it does—and when it fits
Lark OKR manages Feishu cycles, Objectives, Key Results, alignments, numeric indicators, and written progress records. Its workflow resolves the user and cycle first, prefers batch creation for an Objective/KR set, and keeps scores, completion indicators, and narrative progress as distinct concepts.

A practical workflow
Inspect an OKR cycle
Resolve a user, list cycles, and read Objectives, KRs, indicators, alignments, and progress.
Create or revise goals
Create single or batched Objective/KR structures and patch content, notes, or deadlines.
Track real progress
Route percentages to indicators, narrative updates to progress records, and scores only to explicit scoring requests.
THE TRADEOFFS
Advantages and tradeoffs
Notable strengths
- This profile is manually organized around the current upstream SKILL.md workflow.
- The capability boundary remains explicitly tied to open.feishu.cn.
- Core uses, limitations, and risks are separated for pre-install review.
Limitations
- It does not manage Tasks, calendars, or performance reviews.
- Tenant categories, rich ContentBlock fields, weights, and alignments impose rules beyond plain text editing.
BEST FIT
Who it is for
Feishu users maintaining personal or team OKRs
Managers tracking measurable goals and progress
BEFORE YOU USE IT
Risks to review before use
Goal and progress corruption
Confusing score with completion, or changing weights, alignments, and deletes without full context can damage shared planning records. Resolve IDs and confirm consequential writes.
External data and identity boundary
Requests access Feishu tenant resources. Use the correct identity, least-privilege scopes, and keep sensitive content out of logs.
SECURITY
What the permission profile means
- Declared access remains governed by the current upstream SKILL.md and runtime requests.
- Treat Feishu documents, messages, people, and business records as permission-controlled data.
- SkillSignal has not independently executed or security-audited this package; external skills.sh labels are not SkillSignal certification.
Not a security certification. External ratings are attributed references. SkillSignal has not independently executed or security-reviewed this Skill.
